Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Place all the ingredients (avocados, raisins, vegetable oil, lime juice, sugar, salt, and pepper) into a blender container.

  2. Blend: Cover the blender and blend quickly until the mixture is smooth, about 45 seconds.

  3. Serve: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. It pairs well with raw vegetables, assorted crackers, or fried tortillas.

Yield

  • Makes approximately 1 2/3 cups of dip.
